The Women’s Initiative

As of 2010, Out on Bay Street established the sub-brand The Women’s Initiative with the purpose of providing an opportunity for undergraduate, graduate and professional women of the LGBTQA community to interact and build upon each other’s strengths to drive change within the work environment.

Our focus is to address the most interesting and relevant topics for the LGBTQA female audience, while providing the much needed networking opportunities that will inspire the future’s most ambitious and successful leaders.
